Adam Mortillaro

Adam Mortillaro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Adam is currently working at Iridium as the Senior Corporate Counsel and Director, a position they assumed in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from September 2020 to March 2022. Before their time at the SEC, Adam was an Associate at Hogan Lovells US LLP, where they advised Fortune 500 clients on complex structured transactions and led financing efforts for a pharmaceutical company. Adam Mortillaro earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Duke University School of Law, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History and Government from Georgetown University, which they completed from 2008 to 2012.
