Cynthia Swazey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems engineering, integration, and testing within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Integration & Test Engineer at Iridium since August 2022, Cynthia is involved in the planning and execution of communication system testing, focusing on capacity, functionality, and end-to-end evaluations. Past roles include consulting as a Systems Engineer at The Computer Merchant and contributing to system integration at Lockheed Martin. Cynthia's background includes mission management for SBIRS GEO satellite operations, instructing on imagery analysis, and serving as a Geospatial Analyst in the United States Air Force, where expertise in high altitude imagery analysis and ArcGIS software was developed. Additional experience includes project engineering and certification processes at Hawker Beechcraft Corporation, as well as foundational roles in satellite system operations.
