James A. Flanagan

James A. Flanagan is an experienced professional with a strong background in network operations and information technology. Currently serving as Associate Director of Network Operations at Iridium since August 2023, Flanagan previously held the position of Managing Director at Charles Schwab from September 2009 to August 2023, where responsibilities included conducting in-depth analyses to improve business processes and establishing RPA program governance. Prior to this, Flanagan was the Director of Information Technology at DHL from February 2004 to September 2009, managing telecommunications functions and project planning for new technology implementations. Flanagan began a career in IT as Manager of IT at Avnet from January 1990 to January 2004, overseeing telecommunications operations and resource allocation. Flanagan earned a degree from Arizona State University between 1986 and 1989.
