Richard H. (Rick) Bouck is an experienced software engineer with a robust background in telecommunications and software development. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Iridium since December 2021, Bouck is involved in the agile development of real-time satellite simulation software. Previously, Bouck held the position of Senior Staff Software Engineer at Mercury Systems, where software for a test station was developed using Python on an Ubuntu virtual machine. Bouck also contributed as a Principal Staff Software Engineer at Nokia Solutions and Networks, focusing on LTE network software within Scrum teams, and served as a Senior Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin, leading a team in avionic software development.
