Edward Kennedy is an experienced implementation manager currently employed at NMI and IRIS CRM since August 2021. Previously, Edward served as a customer success manager at Bloom Intelligence from June 2017 to July 2021 and held various roles in customer relations and customer gratification. Edward's early professional experience includes positions as a route driver at Penny Delivers, a cashier at Zaxby's Franchising, and a publisher at Vox Media. Edward’s expertise also extends to social media marketing, gained during a summer internship with Red Hills Motion Picture Releasing Company, and sales associate roles at Universal Orlando Resort and MAJESTIC GIFTS LTD. Edward holds a Master’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Editing, Writing and Media from Florida State University.
