The Director Roles team at IRIS: Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services is comprised of key leaders responsible for overseeing various critical functions of the organization. These roles include strategic leadership, operational management, resettlement services coordination, development and fundraising initiatives, community sponsorship, and regional management. Together, they ensure the effective and efficient delivery of comprehensive support services to refugees and immigrants, facilitating their successful integration and self-sufficiency in Connecticut.
