Sarah Fyfe

As Chief People Officer, Sarah is responsible for protecting and cultivating Iris’s special culture. She leads a team working to enable all Iris team members to thrive and succeed by developing organizational talent strategies aligned with Iris’s strategy, values, and mission — while accelerating the growth and development of Iris’ business and teams. Sarah brings a variety of strategic human capital experience across the healthcare and retail industries through her previous roles at Spencer Stuart, IMRIS, and Hallmark Cards. She received her Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
