Oisin McGrath

Oisin McGrath is an experienced aviation and technology professional, currently serving as an AWSAR S92 Pilot for CHC Helicopter in Ireland since January 2023. McGrath holds various leadership roles, including Commanding Officer of the 301 Squadron and Officer Commanding of the 302 Squadron in the Irish Air Corps, as well as Head of Training at FlyRyte Drone Academy. As Chief Executive Officer of DroneSAR, a company focused on innovative drone software for the Search & Rescue industry, McGrath is at the forefront of integrating drone technology into safety operations. Additional experience includes tenure as a Flying Instructor in the Irish Defence Forces and previous positions in aviation and surfwear businesses. Oisin McGrath earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Limerick between 1998 and 2002.
