Aidan Keogh

Aidan Keogh serves as the ICT Service Delivery Manager at the Irish Aviation Authority since September 2022, overseeing the delivery of ICT services within a lean IT model, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs while maintaining robust IT Governance and stakeholder relationships. Previously, Aidan held the position of IT Manager at the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland from March 2007 to October 2022, where responsibilities included developing and implementing an integrated IT strategy. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Systems Administrator at Enterprise Ireland, managing Windows server infrastructure, and serving as Telecoms Test and Development Engineer at Forbairt, where Aidan developed the Opportunity Ireland website. Aidan's educational background includes a Certificate in Business Analysis from the National College of Ireland and a Professional Certification in Leadership from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, alongside degrees in Management of Information Systems Strategy and Applied Physics from Dublin City University.
