Maria McCarthy

Maria McCarthy is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Group Human Resources Manager at IRISH CONTINENTAL GROUP (ICG) plc since September 2021, Maria has previously held positions such as Regional HR Manager for Northern Europe at Exyte and Head of HR for IRL & UK at ESS Modular. Additionally, Maria's experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Expleo Group and Designer Group, as well as Board Director at Phoneix FM. With a solid educational background that includes an MBA in Leadership from the University of Liverpool and a BA in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland, Maria is also a Chartered Member of CIPD and holds an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and Neuroscience. Furthermore, a BA in Languages & Classics from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth rounds out Maria's diverse qualifications.
