Ailsa Mapplebeck

Ailsa Mapplebeck has extensive experience as a legal professional. Ailsa most recently held the role of Legal Director at Irish Distillers since October 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Legal Manager - Corporate at Chivas Brothers starting from July 2010. Ailsa also served as an Associate Solicitor at Shepherd and Wedderburn from 2001 to 2010. Before that, they held the position of Assistant Solicitor at McGrigors from 1994 to 1998 and started their career as a Trainee and Assistant Solicitor at Norton Rose Fulbright from 1988 to 1992.

Ailsa Mapplebeck obtained a LLB (hons) in Scots Law from the University of Dundee between 1982 and 1986. Prior to that, they attended Bearsden Academy from 1978 to 1982. Ailsa also completed their CPE and Solicitors finals in English law at the College of Law, Chancery Lane, London from 1986 to 1988.
