Aileen Bailey

Aileen Bailey is currently the Chief People Officer at the Irish Rugby Football Union, with extensive experience in various HR roles across different organizations, including the Football Association of Ireland and UPC. Aileen holds a Bachelor of Business Degree with a specialism in Human Resources from Dublin City University and has pursued further education in areas such as Employment Law and Corporate Wellbeing Coaching.
