Declan O'Brien

Declan O'Brien is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and military leadership. Currently serving as Operations Manager at the Irish Rugby Football Union since October 2008, Declan has honed skills in organizational efficiency and team coordination. Prior to this role, Declan served in the Irish Defence Forces for 18 years, achieving the rank of Captain before retirement in 1998.
