Katie Fitzhenry

Womens National WNTS And Talent Identification Manager at Irish Rugby Football Union

Katie Fitzhenry has extensive experience in rugby, currently serving as the Women's National WNTS and Talent Identification Manager, as well as the Women's Performance Pathway Coach, at the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) since August 2014. Additionally, Katie is involved in anti-doping research and holds the position of Safeguarding Administrator. Prior to these roles, Katie was a Rugby 7's player for the IRFU until February 2022 and managed Cool Quenchers from December 2011 to October 2015, where responsibilities included performance management, staffing, financial planning, and strategic development. Katie earned a degree in Sport and Recreation Management from Waterford Institute of Technology between 2008 and 2011.
