Matthew Hamilton

Matthew Hamilton is an experienced sports scientist and educator with a diverse background in sports science consultancy, account management, and teaching. Currently serving as the Account Insights Lead at STATSports and a Sports Scientist with the Irish Rugby Football Union, Matthew has previously contributed to the Scottish Rugby Union and Glasgow Warriors as a Sports Scientist and Data Analyst. In academia, Matthew holds a position as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Glasgow, where prior roles included Graduate Teaching Assistant. Educational qualifications include MSc in Sports Science and BSc (Hons) in Physiology & Sports Science from the University of Glasgow, along with early training in athlete development and performance testing at various sporting organizations.
