Philip Keleghan

Philip Keleghan serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for Water Safety Ireland since March 2022 and is currently a Program Director for Plan A at Ex: Financial Service, Govt. and Telecoms, responsible for overseeing project delivery. Philip's previous roles include Senior Manager for IT Risk and Governance at Bank of Ireland and Bank of Ireland Corporate and Markets, as well as Associate Director of IT Audit at Depfa Bank. Prior experience encompasses positions such as IT Auditor at Irish Life Group, Regional Supervisor for the Census 2011 at the Central Statistics Office, and IT Compliance Manager at eircom, where Philip developed integrated IT frameworks. Philip holds an MBA from The Open University and possesses numerous qualifications including MMII(Grad), CDipAF(ACCA), CRISC, and CISA.
