Sandra Devins

Sandra Devins has over 15 years of experience in the field of training and development within the disability support sector. Currently serving as a Regional Trainer for Learning and Development at the Irish Wheelchair Association since February 2008, Sandra delivers a variety of training programs tailored to organizational needs. Previously, Sandra held the role of Assisted Living Coordinator, facilitating independence for individuals with physical and sensory disabilities while managing a team of Personal Assistants and overseeing payroll functions. Additionally, experience includes administrative support for the Resource and Outreach Manager. Sandra's educational background includes a BA in Psychology from University College Dublin, various certifications in manual handling, counselling skills, crisis prevention, and a recent diploma in Coaching and Mentoring.
