Caroline Gash is the Managing Director at IrishAngels, a position they have held since 2012. Prior to that, they were an Associate Analyst at Caddis Capital LLC from June 2009 to June 2012. There, they were responsible for authoring and giving investment presentations, as well as developing financial models, tracking and analyzing operational and performance data, conducting economic/industry/company research, and writing investor reports and updates.

Under their tenure, the company saw a 4x increase in operational activity, but due to the efficiency of the systems they put in place, no additional employees had to be hired. Caroline also successfully navigated Caddis through its first ever third-party reserve report.

In their current role at IrishAngels, Caroline is responsible for leading the diligence process for investments and managing a portfolio of over 30 companies. Caroline is also a founding member of the IrishAngels Women's Forum and a mentor in the organization's mentorship program.

Caroline Gash has a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame in Science, an M.S. from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business in Finance, and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. Caroline also has certification from On Deck in ODA5 Fellow, Kauffman Fellows in Venture Deals Spring 2021, and FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in Series 65.
