Noemí Plaza

Noemí Plaza has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2012. From 2012 to 2015 they worked as a University Intern in Labor Orientation for the Ayuntamiento de Elche. In 2015 they became a Human Resources intern at the Exma. Diputación de Alicante, where they were responsible for updating employee records. From 2016 to 2018 they were a Customer Service Representative at Newkopy Center S.L. and a Room Manager at RESTAURANTE BRUNO SL. From 2019 to 2021 they were an Administrative Labor at Valero Y Masiá S.L.P. and a Human Resources Technician at Grupo NET - DERICHEBOURG Facility Services. In 2022 they became a Human Resources Technician at Fundación ADIEM, a social foundation dedicated to the social integration of people with mental health issues, functional diversity, and dependence. Most recently, in 2023 they became a People Operations Administrator at IriusRisk.

Noemí Plaza obtained a Diplomatura in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general from Universitat d'Alacant in 2013. In 2014, they obtained a Docencia para la Formación certification from CENTRO DE ESTUDIOS CALOXA SL. From 2016 to 2018, they completed a Oposición al Cuerpo de Tramitación Procesal y Auxilio Judicial from Master D. In 2014-2015, they completed a Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior in Fotografía from EASDO • Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseño de Orihuela. In 2019-2020, they obtained an Experto Universitario en Derecho Laboral, Nóminas y Seguridad Social from INEAF Business School and a Curso Universitario Nóminas y Gestión Laboral a través de Siltr@, Contrat@, Delt@, y Sistema Red from INESEM Business School. Noemí is currently enrolled in a Preparación PET from Academia Schoola, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In 2023, they will also complete an Excel completo: de Principiante hasta Avanzado + Certificado from Udemy.
