Ramil Kilkeev

Ramil Kilkeev currently serves as a Project Management Officer at IRLIX since April 2024, after holding the position of Middle Project Manager at uForce from June 2022 to March 2024, where Ramil led over ten international and Russian projects across various sectors, including retail and digital marketing. Responsibilities included developing competitive commercial proposals and implementing effective marketing strategies. Ramil also gained experience as a Junior Project Manager, focusing on recruitment and sourcing candidates for diverse roles, and as a Marketing Specialist at TASIGO Hotels Eskişehir, where skills in market research and client relationship management were developed. Ramil is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism at Kazan State University, expected to be completed in August 2024.
