Flavia Pastore

Flavia Pastore is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in design assurance and quality engineering, currently serving as Director of Design Assurance Engineering at iRobot since February 2009. Flavia has led diverse international teams, focusing on product reliability and user acceptance testing, while developing comprehensive design assurance strategies. Prior roles at iRobot include Senior Manager of Field Testing and multiple engineering positions, where Flavia significantly contributed to product development programs and process improvements. Flavia's background also includes positions at ITT Inc. and Acumentrics, complemented by ownership of Pastore Design Group. Flavia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
