Hunter Mitchell

Hunter Mitchell has a diverse work experience ranging from talent acquisition to wellness and social media management. They started their career as a Field Marketing Assistant at Red Bull in 2015, where they were responsible for event planning, promotions, and lead generation. They later worked as an Arch Expert at Benefit Cosmetics from 2015 to 2020, specializing in eyebrow arching. In 2019, they briefly served as a Social Media Manager/Receptionist at 18/8 Fine Men's Salons, focusing on content creation and community engagement. In 2020, they joined iRobot as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where they managed recruitment processes and maintained positive candidate experiences. They then progressed to the role of TA Marketing Specialist, responsible for building recruitment marketing campaigns and tracking data. Currently, at iRobot, Hunter serves as the Talent Acquisition Marketing Lead, leading projects such as implementing a new career site and optimizing sourcing tools. In 2021, they also worked as a Wellness Specialist at Vital Proteins.

Hunter Mitchell's education history starts with completing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Columbia College from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from McHenry County College, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. Hunter's education journey began at Richmond Burton Community High School, where they completed their high school education from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Hunter Mitchell has obtained several certifications. Hunter acquired a certification in "Social Recruiting for Recruiters" from LinkedIn in March 2021. In August 2020, they earned a certification in "Content Marketing: Social Media" from LinkedIn, as well as "Building a Better To-Do List." Lastly, in August 2020, Hunter obtained a certification in "Social Media Marketing Certification" from HubSpot.
