Michelle Johnson

Michelle Johnson, PMP, currently holds the position of Senior Director of Program Management at iRobot, a role held since June 2019, with previous experience as Director of Program Management. Prior to iRobot, Michelle served as Director of Program Management at Brooks Automation, successfully managing a critical strategic robotic program. During tenure at Medtronic, Michelle was a Senior Manager in the PMO, overseeing a significant intraoperative imaging device program. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Program Management at Thoratec Corporation, where Michelle pioneered project management, and Senior Program Manager at Bose Corporation, leading cross-functional teams in product development. An early career included positions at Delphi as a Product Assurance Engineer and Manufacturing Controls Engineer. Michelle holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
