Carolyn Kniefel

Carolyn Kniefel is an experienced professional currently serving as Product Lead at Iron Bow Technologies since June 2021. Prior to this role, Carolyn worked at Booz Allen Hamilton from September 2016 to May 2021 as an Associate, where contributions included guiding the VHA Office of Community Care in Organizational Change Management and developing strategies for the VHA Office of Connected Care’s telehealth services. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Fellow at MedStar Health, focusing on enhancing outpatient services and developing a telehealth service line, as well as roles as a Medical Assistant and Certified Nursing Assistant. Carolyn began a career at W. L. Gore & Associates, where performance included providing systems support and facilitating system improvements. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
