Casey Ferguson

Casey Ferguson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They are currently employed at Iron Bow Technologies as the Director of IT Service and Asset Management. Previously, Casey worked as a Business Process Consultant at GlideFast Consulting. At Iron Bow Technologies, Casey held the position of Director of Operations and Program Management for four years, where they managed customer-facing managed services solutions, federal programs, and a large team. Before Iron Bow Technologies, Casey worked at mindSHIFT, a Ricoh company, in various roles including Director of Legal Managed Services, Regional Operations Manager, Technical Project Manager, Customer Engineer, and Technical Operations Engineer II. Their responsibilities included implementing IT projects, acting as a technical liaison, and managing resources. They also gained experience at ACS as a Technical Operations employee and at Lockheed Martin as part of the Help Desk team.

Casey Ferguson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Computer Science with a focus on Information Systems Technology from the University of Central Florida. This education took place from 2002 to 2006. In addition to obtaining the degree, Casey also received several certifications from ServiceNow. These include a certification as a Certified System Administrator, as well as two micro-certifications: one in configuring the CMDB and another on CMDB health. These certifications were obtained in July and August of 2022.
