Joseph Henney has a diverse work experience history. Joseph began their career at United States Air Force in 2009, where they served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Program Manager, overseeing projects and ensuring strategic priorities were met. Joseph also served as the Logistics and Facilities Director, managing critical facilities and implementing improvements in equipment tracking and life cycle management.
In 2014, Joseph Henney transitioned to the role of Chief Information Officer and Health IT Program Manager at the United States Air Force. In this position, they led a 1,000 staff overseas hospital, reengineering the data privacy program and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction and resolution metrics.
From 2018 to 2020, Joseph Henney served as a Senior Healthcare Administrator at The White House, utilizing their expertise in healthcare administration to contribute to the organization.
Since 2020, Joseph Henney has been a part of Iron Bow Technologies as a Connected Care Portfolio Manager and later transitioning to the role of Connected Care Senior Portfolio Manager in 2022.

Joseph Henney completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management, with a minor in Russian, from the United States Air Force Academy between the years 2004 and 2009. In 2005 and 2006, they attended Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) to further their studies in Russian, specifically Russian Studies. Joseph went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems from San Diego State University from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, Joseph Henney obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2015.
