Lawrence Wisne

Lawrence Wisne is currently the Engineering Manager at Iron Fish. Lawrence has also worked as an Engineering Lead at Venture, a software engineer at DeepMind, the founder and CEO of Lyon + Post, the Director of Engineering at Peek.com, and a software developer at Trulia.

Wisne has always been interested in computers and how they work. In 2006, they started working as a software developer at Trulia. Lawrence then moved on to POPSUGAR in 2008, where they worked as a software architect. In 2012, they became the Director of Engineering at Peek.com. In 2014, they left Peek.com to start their own company, Lyon + Post. Lyon + Post was a success, and in 2019 they sold the company and started working at Google Health as an engineering manager.

In 2021, Wisne left Google to join AngelList as an engineering lead. Lawrence only stayed at AngelList for a few months before moving on to their current position at Iron Fish. At Iron Fish, Wisne is responsible for leading the engineering team and ensuring that all products are designed and built to the highest standards.

Lawrence Wisne completed a BS in Computer Science at Michigan State University and an MS in Computer Science at Stanford University.
