From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Health Center Group Manager for Cisco at Take Care Health Systems. Here, they focused on providing high-quality healthcare solutions for the Cisco client, including managing their primary care facility.

Lydia's work experience also includes a role as Practice Manager at Romie Lane Pediatric Group, Inc. from 2004 to 2011. In this position, they played a vital role in managing the pediatric practice known for its legacy status in Salinas, CA.

Lydia Valdez, MPA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from the University of San Francisco. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certification as a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist from the Corporate Health & Wellness Association in May 2017.
