Jay Famico is Iron Horse’s Chief Research Officer. Before Iron Horse, Jay was founder of Capstone Insights, a market research firm that provided quantitative data analysis and GTM guidance. Iron Horse and Capstone Insights merged in 2020. Prior to starting Capstone Insights, Jay was vice president of Client-Focused Technology at SiriusDecisions. In this role, Jay led the company’s marketing and sales technology coverage and research agenda, chaired the SiriusDecisions Technology Exchange (TechX), oversaw the development of SiriusDecisions’ web-based and Excel-based research tools, and was responsible for all digital properties.
Jay earned an MBA in marketing from the University of Notre Dame, an MA in marketing from Bentley University, an MA in project management from George Washington University. He also holds a BA in management from Bentley University, a graduate certificate in human-computer interaction from Tufts University, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from the Project Management Institute.
