Lilina Blanco Lund

Lilina Blanco Lund is the Director, Senior HR Business Partner at Iron Mountain. Lilina has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and contract management.

Lilina began their career in contract management with GE. Lilina was responsible for managing contracts worth $25MM for power plant upgrades for Venezuela's largest electric utility, CADAFE. Lilina was responsible for all aspects of contract execution, including defining and maintaining contract forms, establishing processes and operating rhythms with customers and suppliers, administering EXIM bank letters of credit, invoicing and collections, and compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

In 2008, Lilina founded All About Parties, a retail and service business specializing in high end party decoration and planning. Under Lilina's leadership, the company successfully met objectives for volume, client numbers, and satisfaction. In 2012, Lilina relocated the business to Argentina where it continued to perform successfully.

In their current role as Director, Senior HR Business Partner at Iron Mountain, Lilina is responsible for leading and executing human resources strategy in support of business goals. Lilina provides consultation and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics including talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits.

Lilina Blanco Lund has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Instituto Universitario de Tecnología Pedro Emilio Coll.
