Neal Goldman

Neal Goldman has extensive experience in leadership and governance across a variety of organizations. Currently serving as President of the Iron Mountain Charitable Foundation since 2008, Neal oversees key initiatives including an employee relief fund and scholarship fund. As former President and current Chair of Government Relations at PRISM International, Neal has played a pivotal role in increasing global membership and strategic planning. Neal is also a Board member of the Anti-Defamation League, actively promoting interfaith dialogue, and has been recognized with multiple leadership awards. Additionally, Neal founded and led AllSafe Archives, a major records management firm in New England. Educational credentials include an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Business Administration from Boston University, complemented by certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
