Rob Brown

Rob Brown, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Accounting at Iron Oak Energy Solutions since November 2024, having previously held the same title at Covia for a brief period. With extensive experience in the energy sector, Rob has also held significant roles including Chief Accounting Officer at Atlas Oil Company and Vice President of Finance at Shell Energy, where Rob focused on operational accounting and financial performance reviews. Prior positions include Director of North America Operational Accounting and Director of Commercial Finance at Just Energy. Early in Rob's career, critical roles included Chief Accounting Officer at TriEagle Energy and Manager at Enron, along with foundational experience as a Gas Accountant at Koch Gateway Pipeline Company. Rob holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University, complemented by a Contract Law Specialist Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin.
