Matthew F.

Matthew F. has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and restaurant industries. Matthew began their career in 2003 as a Partner and Director of Operations for MaRKeT Restaurant Group, where they were responsible for developing and managing budgets, updating forecasts, setting goals, and hiring and training store managers. In 2010, they joined JMSred as CFO and Partner, where they performed market analysis and feasibility, financial analysis, acquisition underwriting, purchasing, construction finance sourcing and structuring, investor reporting, strategic capital planning, cash flow modeling, and analysis. In 2016, they became Managing Director of Anderson Commercial at Anderson Real Estate Group. In 2017, they took on the role of Managing Director at Urbaneer Investment Partners, a diversified commercial real estate investment and development company, and also became CFO at Swift Coat. Most recently, they have been Chief Executive Officer at Data Door since 2019.

Matthew F. attended the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 2001 to 2005 and obtained a BS in Finance and Business Management. Matthew then attended NAIOP SoCal - YPG from 2013 to 2014 and earned a Collaborative Leadership degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
