Justin Pierce

Justin Pierce has been working in the software engineering industry since 2009. Justin began their career as a Technician and Software Developer at Hi-Techniques, Inc. where they used the C# programming language and the .NET framework to maintain and develop features for the company's flagship software. From 2012 to 2015, they focused on polishing the software in preparation for its release, while providing software support for service and sale representatives. In 2015, they transitioned to Promega as a Software Developer. In 2017, they founded Abaci Labs. Currently, they are a Lead Software Engineer at Iron Software.

Justin Pierce obtained an Associates in Electronics Engineering Technology from Madison Area Technical College between 2012 and 2014. Justin also obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from SEE TEFL in June of 2020, and a Foundations of Computer Graphics certification from edX in October of 2012.
