Zainab Kemsley

Zainab Kemsley has ten years of experience in the Human Resources field. Zainab began their career in 2000 as a Project Manager for the Newham Monitoring Project, where they were responsible for organisational management, campaigns, lobbying strategies and public speaking. In 2002, they became a Caseworker for INQUEST. From 2003 to 2010, they worked as a Policy Executive for The Law Society of England and Wales, where they were in charge of pioneering and delivering the Law Society's strategic response to creating and maintaining a diverse legal profession. From 2010 to 2012, they were the CR & Diversity Manager for Simmons & Simmons. Finally, in 2020, they became the Global Human Resources Director for Iron Software.

Zainab Kemsley attended the University of Southampton from 1997 to 2000.
