Katie Poindexter

Katie Poindexter has worked in various roles since 2005. Katie began their career as an English Teacher for Prince William County Public Schools from 2005-2011. Katie then moved to K12 from 2011-2017, where they worked as a Teacher and K12 Teacher Ambassador. In 2017, they joined Stride, Inc. as a Middle School Principal for the Virginia Virtual Academy. Currently, they are employed at IronArch Technology, where they have been since 2021 and holds the roles of Finance Analyst, Facility Security Officer (FSO), and Executive Assistant and Corporate Communications Associate.

Katie Poindexter obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from George Mason University in 2005. Katie then went on to earn their Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Education from Old Dominion University in 2007. Finally, they earned their Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Administration and Supervision from George Mason University in 2016. Katie also holds a Virginia Teaching License from the Virginia Department of Education.
