James Baillie

James Baillie is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product teams, particularly in the technology sector. Currently the Director of Product Management at Ironclad since June 2019, James oversees usability, negotiation, and AI product teams, having previously led Collaboration and Integrations/API teams and served as a Senior Product Manager. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at Esurance and Product Lead at IdeaScale, where James developed product strategy and directed multiple successful launches. James holds an MA in Geography from the University of Cambridge and completed a business module in Macro-Economics at the University of California, Berkeley.
