Molly Sweeney possesses extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as Manager, Customer Success at Ironclad since January 2019, after progressing through roles including Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Associate. Prior to Ironclad, Molly worked as a Corporate Sustainability Advocate at clever carbon and held various positions at Gartner and CEB, where responsibilities included account management and specialist roles. Early career experiences included internships at Pivotal Software, The Trustees of Reservations, and Social Entrepreneur Corps, where Molly contributed to sales materials, donor communication plans, and marketing strategies for solar products in the Dominican Republic. Education was completed at Miami University and Universidad de Sevilla.
