Susanne Anderson

Susanne is one of the three founding Directors of Ironfish and is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business including Finance, IT, HR, Marketing and Customer Services.

Susanne ensures the guiding principle which unites and governs all these functions is to provide the best possible investment experience and consistently promote customer success.

Since 2006, Susanne has enhanced and refined Ironfish management systems to support business growth. She takes great satisfaction from innovating and shaping solutions to fit business and customer needs, as opposed to simply adhering to best practice guidelines.

Under her leadership, Ironfish has developed one of the most sophisticated operational systems in the industry, and was a pioneer in adopting a global, cloud-based CRM system. Susanne takes great pride in feedback that many business processes at Ironfish are more advanced than other much larger organisations.
