Gabriele Pozzato

Gabriele Pozzato is the Co-Founder and CTO of IronGrid since June 2025, following an extensive career in battery modeling and energy systems. Prior to this, Gabriele served as a Staff and Senior Battery Modeling Engineer at Form Energy, where a 3D multiphysics battery cell model was developed in COMSOL to optimize performance and cost. Gabriele also held roles at Stanford University as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Engineer, focusing on enhancing energy system efficiency and mentoring students. Experience includes managing projects at Bosch Italia and conducting research on energy management and vehicle dynamics at Politecnico di Milano. Gabriele holds a Master of Science in Automation and Control Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and participated in Y Combinator in 2025.
