Eric Shelley

Eric Shelley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, web, and mobile technology. As the Head of Business Development for North America at iRonin.IT since March 2017, Eric specializes in scaling Development and DevOps teams. Eric co-founded EmployeeReferrals.com, where leadership of a remote development team resulted in the creation of an autoscaling architecture using Amazon Web Services and innovative applications across multiple platforms. Previous roles include Senior Developer at RAIN, where Eric implemented auto-scaling solutions, and IT Director at TruHearing, Inc., where strategic systems were developed for redundancy and disaster recovery. As Co-Founder and CTO of KnobGallery, Eric designed a pioneering shopping cart system that accommodated extensive product variations. Eric holds a BS in Information Systems from Brigham Young University and has supplemental education from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
