Spencer Flynn

Spencer Flynn is the current Account Lead at Ironpaper. Prior to joining Ironpaper, Spencer was the Marketing Manager at Capital Region International Airport from November 2018 to April 2021. In this role, Spencer led a cross-functional team to deliver unified experience for over 400,000 annual passengers. Spencer also oversaw all communication from the Airport Authority including social media audience of 25,000, email marketing to over 35,000 rewards club members, special events and paid marketing activities.

Prior to their role at Capital Region International Airport, Spencer was the Board Chair at Ingham County Medical Care Facility. Spencer was also the Marketing Account Executive at M3 Group from February 2016 to October 2018 and the Audience Acquisition and Engagement Coordinator at BOB.tv from March 2014 to May 2015.

Their manager is Ian Smith, Group Account Director. They work with Holly Pituch - Account Director, Kira Routh - Account Lead, and Elisabeth Weinstein - Account Director.
