Jon Haeme

Jon Haeme is a seasoned professional in the solar power industry, boasting over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Product Support Representative at IronRidge since June 2018, Jon provides expert support for the online Design Assistant tool and assists customers and the sales team. Prior to this role, Jon worked as a Solar Power Technical Consultant and held several positions at Stion, including Director of Technical Support, overseeing global operations and collaborating with various departments. Jon also served as Technical Support Manager for Trina Solar, focusing on pre-sales and post-sales assistance. Earlier in their career, Jon was a Renewable Energy Contractor, where Jon sold, installed, and maintained solar PV systems. Jon's extensive background includes a strong focus on technical support, diagnostics, and customer service within the solar industry.
