Daria Shalimov

Daria Shalimov has had a long career in the field of QA Automation and Release Management. In 2011, they began as a QA Engineer at GetTaxi. In 2013, they moved to AOL as an Automation Engineer and Backend Developer. In 2015, they were an Automation Lead at Algomizer Ltd. In 2016, they were an Automation & QA Team Leader at BOLT Solutions Inc., where they managed a team of 4 automation developers and 2 manual testing teams. In 2018, they moved to Sela Group as an Automation Team Leader and Consultant, where they built and managed multiple automation teams, lectured on topics related to development and testing, and consulted on automation infrastructure. In 2020, they joined CyberProof as a QA & Automation and Performance Manager, where they established a QA department from scratch, established automation infrastructure, and built a production support department. Currently, they are a Head of Automation Domain at Sela Group and a QA Automation and Release Manager at IRONSCALES.

Daria Shalimov obtained their Engineer's Degree from Holon Institute of Technology in 2014, majoring in B.sc. Daria then went on to receive an Executive MBA from The Recanati Executive MBA Program, Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University in 2024. Additionally, in 2018 they obtained a Certified Trainer certification from Sela Group.
