Kaylyn Beverly has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015 with Chick-fil-A-Franchise, where they held roles such as Team Leader and Marketing Manager. In 2020, they began working at The St. Regis Atlanta, where they were a Guest Experience Expert and Butler. In 2021, they worked as a Digital Marketing Intern for Austin Rapids and a Customer Success Manager for Adplorer. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager for IRONSCALES, where they manage a wide portfolio of accounts with an estimated total ARR of $1M+, acts as the single point of contact for key customers and partners, and manages and executes all parts of the customer lifecycle including implementation, adoption, and renewal.
