Kellen Haines

Kellen Haines is the current Director at IRONSCALES. Before that, they were with K1 Investment Management for 9 years and 5 months, where they held various positions such as Principal, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Senior Associate, and Associate. Kellen also spent a year and 4 months as a Consultant with Utility Consulting Group LLC (UCG). In addition, Kellen has interned with Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial, Merrill Lynch, and Salk Institute for Biological Studies.

Kellen Haines graduated from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with a Master of Business Administration in 2019. Prior to that, they graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2011. During their time at USC, they were involved in Los Angeles Community Impact (LACI), University Residential Student Government, and the Career Advantage Program (CAP). In 2009, they studied finance at Università Bocconi in Milan, Italy as part of a study abroad program.
