David Zunick

David Zunick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. David started their career at Menchie's Frozen Yogurt in 2012 as a Shift Supervisor. In 2012, they also worked as a Warehouse Specialist at MCPc. At MCPc, they progressed to become a Configuration Technician, Configuration Technician Tier 2 Team Lead, and Senior Configuration Technician, where they were involved in project management, quality control, and overseeing contractors. David also worked as an EUC Engineer and SCCM Administrator before taking on the role of Technical STL Supervisor. In 2020, David joined Ironshore Pharmaceuticals Inc., where they initially worked as a Technical Specialist before being promoted to Manager, IT Operations. In their current role, they manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, maintains cloud-based infrastructure, improves security measures, and handles helpdesk troubleshooting.

David Zunick earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Playwriting and Screenwriting from The Ohio State University, which they attended from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained various certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (obtained in August 2020), MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional (obtained in May 2016), MS: Windows 7, Configuring (obtained in May 2016), and Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (obtained in July 2019).
