Tammy Winsett

Tammy Winsett has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tammy is currently employed as the Director of Human Resources at Ironshore since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Novartis Gene Therapies as the Payroll Manager from May 2019 to November 2022. From November 2017 to May 2019, Tammy served as the Payroll Supervisor at AveXis, Inc. Tammy has extensive experience in payroll and benefits management, as evident from their role as the Payroll and Benefits Manager at Aptus Health from January 2009 to October 2017. Tammy also has previous experience in various roles at Allscripts from 1995 to 2009, including Benefits Manager, Payroll Administrator, Human Resources Coordinator, Office Support Specialist, and Pharmacy Technician.

Tammy Winsett earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Phoenix. Tammy attended the university from 2009 to 2013. In October 2020, Tammy obtained a certification as a Certified Payroll Specialist in ADP Workforce Now® from ADP.
