Kara Carter

Kara Carter, PHR, SHRM-CP, is the COO of Ironside HR and Managing Partner of DK Ventures LLC. With experience in managing operations, consulting on employment trends, and handling employee-related issues, Kara has a background in human resources and business management. Kara also has experience as a Stylist for Stella and Dot and as an Executive Assistant at Adam's Mark Hotel. Kara holds a B.B.A in Business with a concentration in Management from Schreiner University.
