Esther Shekhets has a diverse work experience that includes roles in talent sourcing, talent acquisition, HR recruiting, and ambassadorship. Esther currently works at ironSource as a Talent Sourcing & Operation Team Lead, where they lead a team, develops sourcing strategies, and utilizes data analytics for decision-making optimization. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ironSource, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborated closely with hiring managers. Before joining ironSource, Esther worked as an HR Recruiter at Albert™, where they had full responsibility for the company's human resources activities, including recruitment, interviews, compensation negotiations, and employee onboarding. Esther also planned and organized company events. Earlier in their career, they served as a Talent Sourcer & Technical Recruiter at Shavit Software and as an Ambassador at The Academic Tel Hai College for the Rothschild Caesarea Foundation.
